Avaya IP Office Voicemail Pro

Voicemail Pro requires preferred edition to run.

Voicemail Pro works across all the IP Office family of systems (Small Office, 403, 406 ,412, IP500, IP500V2).  It comes with 4 Channels, additional channels can be purchased.

You can run Voicemail Pro in either IP Office Mode or Intuity Mode depending on the migration path of the system. Intuity is the preferred mode recommended by Avaya going forward, Intuity Mode also offers more features than the IP Office Mode.

Features supported by Voicemail Pro include:

IMS – Integrated Messaging System

Centralised Voicemail – within the Avaya Small Community Network

Database Connection – Voicemail Pro can be licence to read and write data to Databases

Text to Speech (TTS) –
