Avaya One X Portal

The Avaya One X portal comes with the preferred edition and above licences (Voicemail Pro) it must run on a server either fixed, virtual or Linux based.  It also runs on the Avaya UC Module.

The One X Portal is the replacement for Phone Manager and was introduce at version 6.0, each user has a log in and password and can log in their phone at the same time as they log into One X if this is required.  The One X portal works with hard phones and softphones and you phone will continue to operate if you do not have the One X Portal up and running for any reason.

The One X portal allows you to control your calls, answer, transfer put people on hold and you can see the status of everyone else on your network.  It contains a full call log that logs your calls regardless if you are logged into the portal or not.
